A Conversation on Pranayama: Interview with My Teacher at the Ashram
During my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the ashram, I explored many powerful practices. One that really stood out for me was Pranayama—the practice of conscious breath control. I was lucky to spend time with my Pranayama teacher, who had a calm and grounded way of teaching. I asked to interview him. I wanted to share it on my blog and YouTube Channel.
