Pranayama As a Bridge Between Worlds

A Conversation on Pranayama: Interview with My Teacher at the Ashram

During my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the ashram, I explored many powerful practices. One that really stood out for me was Pranayama—the practice of conscious breath control. I was lucky to spend time with my Pranayama teacher, who had a calm and grounded way of teaching. I asked to interview him. I wanted to share it on my blog and YouTube Channel. So it could benefit anyone curious about the power of Pranayama. He graciously agreed. What follows is a lightly edited version of our talk. I hope you enjoy it. You can follow him—Sunil—on Instagram for more glimpses into the world of Pranayama and yoga.
